If any of you are like me, or know someone like me, you are always searching for available, reliable, reasonable, babysitting services. I have found a great provider who is starting her own business and is wishing to estabish a clientele. She is available 7 days/week. She's very sweet, has her own transportation, and I highly recommend her. You can check out her website at seikoscare.weebly.com.. She charges $10/hr for one child (not sure what her rates are for multiple children). However, her dependability and trustworthiness is worth every penny. I have an 8-yr old daughter who gave great reviews--and you know how opinionated 8-yr olds can be!!!! You can leave home knowing that your children and home are in good hands. You won't be worrying all night whether everything is okay at home. I think her services will be especially useful for my friends at the St. Andrews Krewe and the Panama City Crawlers-because we like to get out and enjoy ourselves; and sometimes it's just not appropriate to bring the kiddos :) Give her a call!

Update :) 10/10/2008

Hello everyone, I just wanted to give a little update on myself. I officially have 3 jobs now! I have my full-time job as a Paraprofessional for Autistic Middle School students.  I still provide my child, pet and home care services. Also,  I have recently acquired a child care job in the nursery of a church on Sundays.

My husband and I were on a business trip away from our home town. We
needed to attend a social gathering in the evening and needed a sitter
for our 4 year old and 16 month. We had never used the service before
and were a little nervous. Miss Seiko put our mind at ease. From our
initial contact with her, her professionalism and dedication to the job
was very clear. My son has not always been the best when it comes to
meeting new people but the next morning after Miss Seiko watched him he
woke up and was very disappointed that boring Mom and Dad were back and
Miss Seiko was gone. All day we listened to the replay of events that
took place while we were gone. Miss Seiko taught him to play matching
and go fish and they ate snacks and so on. He still asks when his girl
from Florida is returning to play with him. Miss Seiko really does bring
a lot more to the plate then the average child care provider. My only
disappointment is that we do not live in Florida and can not hire her
full time. I would highly recommend Miss Seiko for any job!!

I am on my way to starting my own business offering a variety of services in child, pet and home care. I want to do something that brings me continued happiness. So I thought, hey why not give a shot at having my own business? This way I get to offer the things I enjoy doing. Since this is my own business, of course, I will be bound and determined to work hard and give my best effort at becoming a great success.
I hope to learn and grow plenty from these new experiences I will be encountering  in my life. I have to say, I am very pleased and excited to get started. It's always a pleasure meeting new people...who are nice of course! :P Care to share some of your business experiences with me? I would also appreciate any tips you may have.
